Thank you for choosing Rebecca Glass Photography. By accessing, downloading, or using the images provided in your gallery or delivery link, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Image Usage Rights
All images are protected by U.S. copyright law and remain the sole property of Rebecca Glass Photography.
Clients receive a personal use license for the images delivered, allowing you to:
Download, print, and share the images for personal use (e.g., social media, home printing, announcements).
Tag or credit @rebeccaglassphoto when sharing online, where possible.
You may not:
Edit, alter, or apply filters that distort the original images without written permission.
Sell, license, or submit the images to contests, publications, or third-party vendors without prior consent.
Use images for commercial purposes (advertising, marketing, resale, etc.) unless a commercial license has been arranged in writing.
2. Delivery & Backup
Your gallery will be available via the delivery link for two weeks from the date of delivery.
Please download and securely back up your images within that timeframe.
Rebecca Glass Photography is not responsible for permanent storage of your gallery after the expiration date.
3. Edits & Revisions
All delivered images are professionally edited according to Rebecca’s artistic style. Additional retouching requests (beyond standard editing) may be available for an additional fee.
4. Print Products
Print quality varies by printer and paper type. Rebecca Glass Photography is not responsible for color variations or print quality from third-party labs. For the best results, prints can be ordered directly through your gallery.
5. Liability
While every effort is made to ensure the highest quality service and product, Rebecca Glass Photography is not liable for any loss, damage, or misuse of digital files once delivered.
6. Agreement
By accessing or downloading your images, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
